All reports, assessments, and materials are intended for personal use only. Users agree that:
• Content may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared with third parties without written permission

All prices are displayed in EUR, unless stated otherwise.
Payment for digital reports and standard services is required in full and upfront before access to the product or service is provided. Access to digital content is granted only after successful receipt of payment.
For higher-value services with a total price exceeding €1,500, clients may, by prior agreement,
choose a split-payment arrangement:
• 50% of the total fee is payable upfront before the start of the service, and
• 50% is payable midway through the agreed process, prior to further delivery of services.
Split-payment arrangements are available only where explicitly offered or agreed in advance and do not apply automatically.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. All services and digital products remain unpaid and inaccessible until the applicable payment (or installment) has been received.
Late Payment and Non-Fulfillment of Obligations If the customer fails to fulfill their payment obligations within the agreed timeframes, Niels Johannes Barends s.p. reserves the right to take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable Slovenian law.
In the event of late payment, statutory default interest may be charged in line with the Slovenian Obligations Code (Obligacijski zakonik) and the applicable statutory default interest rate as published by the competent Slovenian authority. Default interest accrues automatically from the day following the due date until full payment is received.
If the customer fails to pay an agreed installment or otherwise materially breaches their payment obligations:
• Delivery of services or access to digital content may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
• Any remaining services or access may be terminated if payment is not received within a reasonable additional period following written notice.
In addition, the business reserves the right to charge reasonable costs incurred as a result of late payment or non-fulfillment, including administrative costs and, where applicable, legally permissible recovery costs.
Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights of the business under Slovenian law.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by purchasing digital content and gaining immediate access to the product, the customer expressly agrees that:
• The digital service begins immediately after purchase
• The right of withdrawal is waived once access to the digital content has been provided

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information collected through questionnaires and contact forms is used solely for:
• Providing purchased services

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
