Tier 1 showed me what my strengths are and what my natural way of working looks like when everything is in balance. Tier 2 goes one layer deeper and shows what happens internally in moments of pressure, responsibility, and irreversible choices. It explains patterns I recognized, but could never really place.
Tier 2 makes underlying mechanisms visible, such as the tendency to tighten control or to use new ideas to postpone commitment. You don’t just gain insight into what you do, but also into why you do it.
Yes. It becomes clear that certain behaviors or patterns are not random, but come from a kind of protective strategy. That insight allows me to recognize these patterns earlier and approach them differently in the future.
I am much more aware of moments when I tend to slow down or postpone decisions. I now recognize these moments as a kind of threshold where growth begins. That awareness helps me stay present, make decisions, and act more consistently when things become challenging.
In my view, Tier 1 shows what you are good at. Tier 2 shows what you need to do to truly use your potential. You have to be willing to look beyond your talents. I see it as a necessary deepening to move beyond your current ceiling.
I really wanted to learn more about myself from a professional perspective, especially my strengths and my shadows. I had done more generic personality tests before and understood myself to some degree, but this assessment stood out because it approached things specifically through a professional lens.
The different archetypes were very interesting to read, but what stood out most was seeing who I am and how I operate on a daily basis at work. What I especially appreciated was the insight into how I operate under stress. I also found it interesting to learn that although I have one main archetype, I work closely with a second one and show traits of that as well.
Yes, in a way. I already knew I was a strong executor, but I really liked seeing that I move into Strategist mode as well and being able to label what that actually is.
For me, the value lies in learning who you are at your core in a work environment. It helps identify your automatic habits, traits, and values, while also highlighting your weaknesses and where you might need support.
Yes, it has. I knew I would be an Operator, but learning that I am also a Strategist has given me more confidence in my thinking ability. Seeing that I can also be creative, and that there are ways to develop more visionary aspects of myself, has given me hope to truly thrive in my business.
